House Repairs

Our house is finally sold. We closed on it yesterday. Now it's time to move on. There were still things that I would have liked to have done to improve it but obviously they weren't necessary to get the sale done. I really wanted new carpet, siding and cabinet knobs. Now that job can fall to the next owner. It will be interesting to see what they do with the place. We did a lot to improve it so I hope they keep it up and make it even better. I'm not as sad to leave as I thought that I would be. I'm ready to move on and I feel like we are doing the right thing.
