Jobs are pretty scarce these days. I'm pretty happy to have mine and I definitely think that businesses are going to get more bang for their buck these days as people work harder to rise above the layoff line when their company starts cutting costs. The funny thing is that people all seem to get pigeon holed over time. I've done lots of different jobs but at this point I'm only really qualified to be a programmer. I've done sales but my sales career was pretty short and not very successful, so I'm hoping that I can stick to my current profession.
