So at this point, most of us know that there are numerous ways to work out. Heavy weights are best for hypertrophy and HIIT is the best fat burner, but that still doesn't make it easy to design a workout.
I find myself floundering sometimes, unsure of what to do next. I'm not trying to get better at one specific sport or lose weight so I'm not sure what to do. Really I just want to be in the best shape I can be for health reasons and so that no matter what comes up, I will be ready to play. Be it pick up basketball, soccer, or whatever.
So whats the best way to go about it?
